PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical terminal device and a medical system equipped with the medical terminal, with which examination that is appropriate to the practitioner and the patient can be performed accurately using intended examination instruments by specifying the practitioner, the patient and the examination devices to be used.SOLUTION: The medical system 1 is provided with: multiple examination instruments 100； a storage unit 403 that stores practitioner information, patient information, and instrument information； and a multicontroller 10 having a control unit 12 that displays an operation screen 20 for an examination instrument 100 to be used for examination on an operation display unit 11 based on practitioner information, patient information and instrument information and reflecting the settings of the examining practitioner and the settings of the patient being examined.【課題】術者、患者及び使用する診療装置を特定することで、術者及び患者に応じた診療を、所望の診療機器を用いて正確に診療することができる医療用端末装置、当該医療用端末を備えた医療用システムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】医療用システム１は、複数の診療機器１００と、術者情報、患者情報、及び機器情報を記憶する記憶部４０３と、術者情報、患者情報、及び機器情報に基づいて、診療に用いる診療機器１００についての操作画面２０を、診療する術者の設定及び受診する患者の設定を反映して操作表示部１１に表示する制御部１２を有するマルチコントローラ１０とを備えた。【選択図】図１
