Disclosed is a demineralized whey powder, which is obtainable by steps of: separated (a) raw milk and separating the cream； (B) subjecting the skimmed milk of a micro- or Mikrodiafiltration thus obtained and thereby a whey protein-rich permeate and a casein P1 and GMP-containing retentate R1 receives； (C) subjecting the permeate P1 a column chromatographic separation in which the lactoferrin contained therein remains on the column； (D) subjecting the thus freed of lactoferrin permeate dialysis； and (E) freeing the thus obtained Diluatt of water.
