PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing a high content of plant sterol excelling in flavor, taking property and appearance while being easily dispersible in food and drink without requiring a special dispersion device because improvement in water dispersibility is requested in a method of not impairing the flavor, taking property, appearance, etc. of food and drink while containing plant sterol at a high concentration.SOLUTION: A water-dispersible powdery plant sterol composition contains (A) plant sterol, (B) decaglyceryl monomyristate, and (C) highly-branched cyclic dextrin.
