The heated object 30 is heated from the inside by a heated object internal heating means 6. Heating by the heated object internal heating means 6 is suspended when the temperature of the heated object 30 reaches a predetermined temperature or higher. The heated object 30 is heated from the outside by a heated object external heating means.
