PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking method utilizing enzyme existing in a food without adding ready-made enzyme, and cooking after an enzyme reaction process so as to increase nutrient components and palatable components more than a usual cooking method.SOLUTION: A cooker includes a heating chamber 6, heating means 9, a heating saucer 11 set above the heating means 9 and used as a heat generator, temperature detecting means 12 detecting temperature in the heating chamber, and control means 16 controlling the heating means 9 based on a signal of the temperature detecting means 12.
