A feeding bottle rack and container comprising a hollow circular container having an open upper portion, a pair of opposing handle disposed at the lip of said open upper portion, an associated cover removably flashed on said open upper portion of said hollow circular container, and a feeding bottle rack removably placed within said hollow circular container, said feeding bottle rack being defined by a ring member having a central cylinder with bottom grid disposed co-axially of said ring member, a feeding bottle stand inwardly provided at the base portion of said ring member, a pair of opposing handles projecting from said ring member, and a plurality of radial arms projecting from the top of said central cylinder to the feeding bottle stand.
