A feeding bottle with handle comprising a hollow bottle body having a closed bottom portion a threaded neck portion provided at the upper portion of said bottle body, a collar screwably connected to said threaded neck portion, a feeding nipple secured to said collar, a cap removably mounted on said collar to cover said feeding nipple, an annular groove provided at the upper portion of said bottle body, an annular ring flashed to annular groove, and a pair of opposed C-shaped handle projecting downwardly of said annular ring.
