A leak-proof cap for feeding bottles comprising hollow body a closed top and an open bottom portion adopted to be mounted on a feeding bottle having a nipple, said hollow body having a sidewall that serves as a handle thereof, having a thickened portion provided at the underside of the closed top portion thereof adopted to be engaged with and pressed against said nipple and a circular guided provided along the periphery of said thickened portion for securing the position of said nipple.
