The present utility model relates to a feeding bottle with handle comprising a hollow bottle body having a closed bottom portion a threaded neck portion with an open mouth provided at the upper portion of said hollow bottle body, a collar screwably connected to the threaded neck portion, a feeding bottle nipple secured on said collar, a cap removably mounted on said collar, and a handle assembly secured at the upper portion of said hollow bottle body, characterized in that said handle assembly including an annular ring removably fitted by said threaded collar onto the threaded neck thereof, and a pair of opposing arcuated arm members projecting downwardly from said annular ring.
