PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of improving fitting feeling to a skin and improving wearing feeling.SOLUTION: A diaper 1 comprising a vertical direction, a lateral direction and a cross direction comprises: an absorbent body 2 along the vertical direction seat members 3 comprising a belt part 31 along the lateral direction and a leg gathering part 32 along the vertical direction and elastic sheet members 4 arranged to overlap at least a part of the respective sheet member 3. The diaper further comprises leg-surrounding opening parts 5 penetrating the respective sheet member 3 and elastic sheet member 4. First and second joint parts 61, 62 inclined to a lateral outside direction from an upper side of the vertical direction toward the leg-surrounding parts 5, and jointing at least the absorbent body 2 and the sheet member 3, are provided on front and rear sides.
