PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of improving fitness and giving a neat impression on an external appearance by suppressing generation of twists and wrinkles in an absorbent body.SOLUTION: A diaper 1 comprises an absorbent body 2 and a belt part 31. A pair of leg opening parts 4 is formed. A pair of joint parts 51, 52 for joining at least the absorbent body 2 and the belt part 31 is provided from the upper side in a longitudinal direction toward the pair of leg opening parts 4 so as to be inclined outward in a lateral direction. The absorbent body 2 comprises an absorber 21, a skin side sheet 22, an exterior sheet 23, and a non-skin side sheet 24. Separate sheet members 61, 62 are provided between the pair of joint parts 51, 52 in the lateral direction.
