PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fundus tomographic images suitable for quantitative evaluation.SOLUTION: This fundus tomographic apparatus, designed to obtain fundus tomographic images by Fourier analyzing spectral signals transmitted from a light receiving element comprises: an optical interferometer which splits light from a light source into measurement light and reference light, guides the measurement light to the fundus of an eye of a subject, and causes the light receiving element to receive a light spectrum synthesized from the measurement light and the reference light reflected on the fundus a light scanner which is positioned in the light path of the measurement light to scan the measurement light on the fundus and a control means which controls the light scanner to perform sequential multiple scans under different shooting conditions, and which adjusts the optical path difference between the measurement light and the reference light according to each scan, so that a plurality of fundus tomographic images are obtained near a position of the same optical path length.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 定量的な評価に適した眼底断層像を取得できる。【解決手段】 光源から出射された光を測定光と参照光に分割し、測定光を被検眼眼底に導き,参照光を参照光学系に導いた後、眼底で反射した測定光と参照光とが合成された光のスペクトルを受光素子に受光させる干渉光学系と、測定光の光路中に配置され,眼底上で前記測定光を走査する光スキャナと、受光素子から出力されるスペクトル信号をフーリエ解析して眼底断層像を得る眼底断層像撮影装置において、光スキャナを制御して、撮影条件の異なる複数のスキャンを順次行うと共に、各スキャンによって取得される複数の眼底断層像が光路長一致位置の近傍で取得されるように各スキャンに応じて、測定光と参照光の光路差を調整する制御手段と、を備える。【選択図】 図4
