The plate (12) has a square bottom (14) and four flanges extending on four sides of the bottom, respectively. Two adjacent flanges (16a, 16b) extend in a plane perpendicular to the bottom, and the other two flanges (18a, 18b) extend in inclined direction at an angle equal to 135 degrees relative to the bottom, where the bottom and the flanges are made of a mesh for flow of water through the mesh, and the plate is made of plastic. The mesh includes openings of size between 0.5 mm and 50 mm.L'invention concerne un plateau de structure d'élevage pour la conchyliculture. Le plateau comporte un fond 14 de forme sensiblement carré, le plateau 12 présentant quatre rebords s'étendant respectivement sur les quatre côtés du fond, deux premiers rebords 16a, 16b adjacents s'étendant dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire par rapport au fond, deux seconds rebords 18a, 18b s'étendant selon une direction inclinée, le fond 14 et les rebords étant réalisés d'un maillage 22 permettant l'écoulement de l'eau au travers de celuici .
