PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrated seasoning for sprinkling over food material, which has a de-emphasized powdery appearance when sprinkled over food material, and allows the difference in concentration among individual taste components contained in the dehydrated seasoning to be thoroughly identified when eaten.SOLUTION: The dehydrated seasoning includes porous granules composed of porous granular food material to which seasoning powder is attached. The size of the granules having the powder attached thereto is large enough to be left on a mesh with an opening of 1 mm (JIS standard: 16 mesh), with a major axis of 30 mm or less.
