The equipment (1) has a frame (2) including a movement unit, which interacts with an exerciser. Multiple sensors are assigned to the movement unit and/or the exerciser for capturing measured values i.e. heart rate. A computer apparatus (5) determines measurement-value-related information, which is output on a frame-side display apparatus. A display unit (6) e.g. color display (9) such as touchscreen, is directed at the exerciser for displaying the information in the form of letters, text or symbols. Another display unit is directed at an opposite side for outputting the information. The display unit has light sources i.e. LEDs, which shine in different colors. The sensors are designed as a tachometer and a strain gauge.
