PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for coupling a monitor to a case, which is excellent in mechanical properties (such as evenness and torsional stiffness) and has electromagnetic resistance.SOLUTION: A device for coupling a monitor to a case comprises a support member 20 made of a plastic material and having a recess 22 which corresponds to a visible area of the monitor. The support member includes a plurality of apertures 24 and a frame 21. The apertures are formed in a predetermined position outside the recess so that positioning and/or holding members 14 can pass through the apertures and position the support member at a predetermined position on a sheet-metal case 10 in which the support member is stored. The frame projects from a base area of the support member on a rear side thereof and is arranged in a sandwiching manner for storing components 28, 30 of the monitor.
