Disclosed is a method for preparing a crop fermentation solution. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a crop and bacterial suspensions of lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, and lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus for fermentation, thereby acquiring a crop fermentation solution. The method having a controllable fermentation process, and time required for the fermentation is reduced to 15 days.
