PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of concrete blocks, bricks and natural stones, which are used as retaining walls in making a planting space such as a flower bed, causing difficult construction and not easily handled by children, women and old people, and a problem of plastic retaining walls currently used not making it possible to freely make a flower bed in a preferred shape, the problems being solved by providing an adjustable planting retaining wall which enables even children, women and old people to freely and easily make a flower bed or planting space in a preferred shape.SOLUTION: In an adjustable planting retaining wall, a cylindrical connecting hole and stake hole is provided at each end of each retaining plate, and a connecting shaft and stake is inserted therein and knocked into the ground.
