The present invention relates to a production method of an animal feed additive containing a fermented tangerine peel product, and specifically, to a production method of livestock animals with the finest meat quality by producing feed mixed with a feed additive containing a fermented tangerine peel product which is obtained by fermenting tangerine peel. An animal feed composition of the present invention can recycle by-products of a sugar fermented product of tangerine peel, which has been conventionally discarded as food waste, thereby being environmentally-friendly. By providing the feed containing the fermented tangerine peel produced by the method of the present invention to the livestock animals, the production of the feed composition can be performed easily by mixing the by-products of the sugar fermented product with nutritionally-formulated feed and the manufacturing costs can be remarkably inexpensive.
