PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular health food or a capsule-filled granular health food, to a granular health food essentially consisting of dried fungus powder, using a coloring component having a color brighter than a fungus and high in addition efficiency, sufficiently colored so as to increase palatability, and not separated in accordance with grain sizes even if vibration is applied to a mixture before and after the filling to a capsule.SOLUTION: Provided is a granular health food in which, to 100 pts.mass of the powder of a granular fungus powder with a grain size of 125 to 250 μm, powdered tea with a grain size of 1 to 100 μm is blended by 15 to 35 pts.mass, the surface of the fungus powder 1 is closely filled with powdered tea grains 2a with a relatively large grain size and powdered tea grains 2b with a relatively small grain size in such a manner that the small powdered tea grains 2b are infiltrated into the gaps of the large powdered tea grains 2a, the surface of the fungus powder 1 is stuck with two kinds of tea grains 2 of the two kinds with different grain sizes having a color brighter than the fungus so as to be entangled, and, even if vibration is applied, the powdered tea grains 2 of each component and the fungus powder 1 are hard to be separated and are integrated to increase the palatability of the fungus powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】乾燥したキクラゲの粉末を主要成分とする粉粒状健康食品に対し、キクラゲより明るい色の着色成分で添加効率の高い着色成分を用いて、嗜好性を高めるように充分に着色され、かつカプセルへの充填前後に混合物に振動を与えても粒度別に分離することのない粉粒状健康食品またはカプセル入り粉粒状健康食品とすることである。【解決手段】粒径125~250μmの粉粒状のキクラゲの粉末100質量部に対し、粒径1~100μmの抹茶が15~35質量部が配合され、キクラゲの粉末1の表面に、比較的粒子径の大きな抹茶粒子2aと比較的粒子径の小さな抹茶粒子2bが、大きな抹茶粒子2aの隙間に小さな抹茶粒子2bが入り込むように密に充填され、キクラゲの粉末1の表面にキクラゲより明るい色で粒径の異なる2種類の抹茶粒子2が絡み付くように付着し、振動を与えても各成分の抹茶粒子2とキクラゲの粉末1は分離し難く一体化してキクラゲ粉末の嗜好性を高める。【選択図】図1
