The present invention relates to a fish hook manufacturing method which includes a solution treatment step of receiving a material, determining the existence of external defects of the material, heating the material at 910-1010°;C for 55-65 minutes, and rapidly freezing with oil; a forming step of forming the material which went through the solution treatment step into a fish hook; a first cooling step of freezing the fish hook which went through the forming step inside a freezer at -15--5°;C for 10-13 hours; an intermediate thermal treatment step of heating the fish hook which went through the first cooling step at 750-770°;C for 85-95 minutes and freezing the heated fish hook with oil; a second cooling step of freezing the fish hook which went through the intermediate thermal treatment step inside a freezer at -15--5°;C for 10-13 hours; and a tempering step of heating the fish hook which went through the second cooling step at 470-490°;C for 85-95 minutes and air-cooled the heated fish hook. According to the present invention having a configuration described above, the tensile strength and the corrosion resistance of the fish hook can be improved.
