The present invention relates to a method for blending fruit juice, including the following steps of: washing, taking at least one fruit substrate which has been washed squeezing, rotating and squeezing the at least one fruit substrate through a rotating member and a filtration unit of a rotatable squeezing mechanism, an outer peripheral wall of the rotating member being protrudingly formed with a threaded portion, when the rotating member rotates relative to the filtration unit, the threaded portion extrudes and grinds the at least one fruit substrate downwardly to squeeze the juice within the at least one fruit substrate, the at least one fruit substrate which has been squeezed forming a fruit residue, the juice flowing out of the filtration unit though a plurality of filter holes which are formed on the filtration unit, the fruit residue being left in the rotatable squeezing mechanism bottling, collecting the juice which flows out of the filtration unit, bottling the juice to form at least one juice packaging structure and freezing, freezing the at least one juice packaging structure.本發明關於一種果汁調理之方法,其包括以下步驟:洗淨:取至少一經洗淨後之水果基材;榨汁:透過一旋擠機構之一旋轉構件及一過濾單元相對旋擠該至少一水果基材,該旋轉構件之外周壁凸設有一螺紋部,當該旋轉構件相對該過濾單元旋轉時,該螺紋部將該至少一水果基材向下擠壓研磨,以榨取該至少一水果基材內之汁液,該至少一水果基材經榨取後形成一水果殘渣,該汁液經由設於該過濾單元之複數濾孔流出該過濾單元外,該水果殘渣留置於該旋擠機構中;裝瓶:收集自該過濾單元流出之該汁液,將該汁液裝瓶形成至少一汁液封裝結構;冷凍:冷凍處理該至少一汁液封裝結構。1‧‧‧水果基材2‧‧‧旋擠機構3‧‧‧汁液封裝結構11‧‧‧汁液12‧‧‧水果殘渣21‧‧‧旋轉構件22‧‧‧過濾單元
