The present invention relates to a grain rice molding apparatus comprising: a support frame for forming a frame； a chamber provided on the upper side of the support frame and having an inlet for injecting a material thereinto and an outlet for discharging the material to the outside； a mixing plate installed inside the chamber to be rotated, accommodating the material inputted through the inlet of the chamber, and having a discharge hole formed on one side thereof to communicate with the outlet to discharge the stirred material to the outside； a mixing means having a stirring blade for stirring the material injected into the mixing plate； a heating means for heating the material inserted into the mixing plate； a rotating means for rotating the mixing plate so that the discharge hole and the discharge hole communicate with each other to discharge a completely stirred mixture from the mixing plate to the outside of the chamber； a compression unit installed in the lower part of the chamber to compress the mixture discharged from the discharge hole of the chamber； and a molding unit installed in the lower part of the compression unit to be formed by molding the compressed material discharged from the compression unit into grain rice having a size capable of being fed by one bite to discharge the grain rice to the lower part.
