The device for forming a rice ball comprises: a support frame forming a frame； a chamber installed on the upper side of the support frame and including an inlet for placing a material inside and an outlet for discharging the material placed inside to the outside； a mixing plate installed in the chamber to rotate and accommodating a material placed inside through the inlet of the chamber, wherein the mixing plate includes a discharge port connected to the outlet to discharge the mixed material to the outside on one side； a mixing unit mixing the material placed into the mixing plate； a heating unit heating the material placed into the chamber； a rotation unit rotating the mixing plate for the outlet and discharge port to be connected to discharge a mixture completely mixed in the mixing plate to the outside of the chamber； a compression unit compressing the mixture discharged from the chamber by being installed in the lower part of the chamber； and a forming unit installed in the lower part of the compression unit and discharging a compressed object to the lower part by forming the compressed object discharged from the compression unit in a predetermined shape.
