PURPOSE: A deodorant composition for a livestock shed and a deodorizing method using the same are provided to effectively remove ammonia gas in a livestock shed. CONSTITUTION: A deodorant composition for a livestock shed comprises 50-98 wt.% of hydrosulfide, 1-5 wt.% of sulfur, and 1-5 wt.% of sulfuric acid. The deodorant composition for a livestock shed can remove ammonia. A method for manufacturing the deodorant composition for a livestock shed comprises a step of manufacturing reduced alkaline water by irradiating far infrared rays, a step of mixing reduced alkaline water with natural mineral sulfur, a step of mixing a mixture with barley stone and aging the mixture, and a step of separating sulfur from the mixture.
