In one aspect, provided herein is a continuous process for refining a crude plant oil, comprising (i) an enzymatic hydrolysis step comprising contacting the crude oil with an enzyme which hydrolyses chlorophyll or a chlorophyll derivative and (ii) a degumming step comprising separating a gum phase from the oil wherein the process comprises recycling at least a portion of the separated gum phase for addition to the crude oil before enzymatic hydrolysis.Dans un aspect, linvention concerne un procédé continu pour le raffinage dune huile végétale brute comprenant (i) un stade dhydrolyse enzymatique comprenant la mise en contact de lhuile brute avec une enzyme qui hydrolyse la chlorophylle ou un dérivé de chlorophylle et (ii) un stade de démucilagination comprenant la séparation dune phase de gommes de lhuile le procédé comprend le recyclage dau moins une partie de la phase de gommes séparée pour lajout à de lhuile brute avant lhydrolyse enzymatique.
