A processing method for pomelos comprises the steps of: separating each of pomelos into a sarcocarp part covered with original membrane and a pomelo pericarp part; subjecting the sarcocarp part covered with original membrane to tests of sweetness, juice-contained ratio and fruit shap, and performing a sorting and partitioning step on the tested sarcocarp parts, so that consumers can clearly know about the grade of purchased pomelo products and therefore consumer right can be guaranteed; vacuum packaging the sarcocarp parts covered with original membrane and performing a cold storage and preservation step on the packaged sarcocarp parts to extend storage life of the sarcocarp parts; processing the collected fresh pomelo pericarp parts into byproducts of foods, medical treatment, healthcare, cosmetics and industries. Accordingly, wastes of pomelo pericarps can be reduced, and efficacies of environmental protection, hygiene, health, promoted profit and jobs offer increase can be acquired. Besides, by peeling off the pomelo pericarps, pomelo handling volume and cost, and package material can be reduced; and by means of vacuum-packaging, the sarcocarp parts can have a reduced oxidation reaction and an extended preservation time. Moreover, the preservation time of vacuum-packaged sarcocarp parts can be further extended by means of cold storage, instead of using drugs, so that consumers can enjoy the pomelo sarcocarp products safely.本發明者提出了一種柚子之處理方法,步驟包括:於複數柚子中將各柚子分成一包覆原有薄膜之果肉部及一柚皮部;取各柚子之包覆原有薄膜的果肉部,檢測各柚子之果肉部的甜度、含汁液的比率、果型且予以分級區分,以利消費者容易且清楚其所購買之等級,保障消費者的權益;將包覆原有薄膜之果肉部分別予以真空包裝,且冷藏保存,以令各柚子之果肉部延長保存期;收集剝下來之柚皮部,可以先行在柚皮部鮮度極佳時加工以供製成食用、醫療、保健、化妝品、工業用之副產品,以減少垃圾量,達到既環保、衛生、健康,又可創造利潤及增加就業機會。將柚皮部去除以減少柚子之搬運體積,以降低柚子搬運之成本及包裝材料;該果肉部藉由真空包裝以降低氧化反應,以延長該果肉部的保存時間,除真空包裝外藉由冷藏更可有效地延長該果肉部之保存,而非以藥劑方式,令消費者可以安心食用。
