PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article whose fitting properties of a crotch area of an absorber is increased and in which lateral leakage of body fluid can be suppressed.SOLUTION: First three-dimensional gathers 5A and second three-dimensional gathers 5B of an absorbent article 1 have standing parts 53, first base end parts 51 arranged on both outsides in a longitudinal direction of the standing parts, and second base end parts 52 arranged outside in a width direction of the standing parts. The first base end part is located inside in the width direction of outside edges of the absorber. The second base end part is located outside in the width direction of outside edges of the absorber. Pressed grooves have a pair of first pressed grooves 81, and a plurality of second front side pressed grooves 821 and second back side pressed grooves 822 which extend in a longitudinal direction and are arranged non-parallelly to each other.
