PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbar traction machine having a simple mechanism, facilitating an operation by a user, being repetitively operated and utilized, dispensing with a weight device such as a bed, reducing the number of components and provided at a low cost, providing a user-friendly operation and operated with little burden.SOLUTION: A movable plate 9, the back face of which is formed into a smooth surface with steel balls, is placed on an inner-part upper face of a frame plate 2. A users lumbar is placed on a recessed part formed on the upper face of the movable plate 9 and the lumbar traction device pulls the lumbar by the movable plate 9. A spindle 8 is erected on a frame of the frame plate 2 via a wire W fixed to the movable plate 9. The wire W is pulled using a movable lever 13 for rotationally turning the spindle 8, as a lever, to move the movable plate 9 along with the user M in the lower extremity direction and pull the lumbar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
