The attachment fixed portion (59) includes an elastic member (94). Since the elastic member (94) absorbs forces in any directions other than the axial direction relative to the operation rod main body (57), the axial displacement detecting section (17a) can grasp just the axial force applied to the operation rod (15) by detecting the displacement of attachment fixed portion (59) in the axial direction.
