PURPOSE: Purple sweet potato tart and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the flavor of the tar by using purple sweet potato and soybean sediments.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of purple sweet potato tart comprises the following steps: mixing flour, sugar, butter, margarine, trehalose, eggs, and water to obtain a tart sheet mixing steamed purple sweet potato and soybean sediments to obtain a filling and mounting the filling on a tart sheet, and baking.
