The present invention relates to a smokeless mugwort carbonization device by indirect heat and a manufacturing method for smokeless mugwort, minimizing a loss of an original using the same. According to the present invention, a natural mugwort leaf is processed by being compressed by being carbonized by the indirect heat without using an ingredient supplement agent and an additional bonding agent. So, pure effect of the natural mugwort leaf is maintained, and moisture of the mugwort is maintained. So, the smokeless mugwort carbonization device induces viscosity of moxa cautery. Therefore, a user can conveniently use the smokeless mugwort carbonization device by the indirect heat by dividing the moxa cautery in various sizes and various shapes. Specifically, the smokeless mugwort carbonization device comprises: a hopper (10) receiving the natural mugwort leaf (1); a supply unit (20) having a screw and leading a downward movement and mixing of the natural mugwort leaf; a carbonization unit (30) discharging the carbonized natural mugwort leaf to the outside by carbonizing the natural mugwort leaf transferred from the supply unit, by the indirect heat, wherein the carbonization unit (30) has the screw; and a heating unit (40) contributing to shape conservation and volume reduction of the natural mugwort leaf. The manufacturing method for smokeless mugwort, minimizing a loss of an original comprises a main material input step (S10), a mugwort leaf mixing step (S20), a mugwort leaf transferring step (S30), a carbonization unit heating step (S40), and a mugwort leaf carbonization step (S50).본 발명은 별도의 결합제와 성분 보조제를 사용하지 않고 천연 잎쑥을 간접열로 탄화하여 압축 가공함으로써, 천연 잎쑥의 순수한 효능을 유지함은 물론, 쑥뜸의 연소시 연기가 발생하거나 뭉쳐진 잔재가 부서지면서 흩날리지 않고, 특히 쑥의 수분이 유지되어 쑥뜸에 점성을 유도하고 이에 따라 사용자가 다양한 크기와 형태로 분할하여 간편하게 사용할 수 있는 간접 열에 의한 무연 쑥 탄화장치 및 이를 이용한 원물 손실을 최소화하는 무연 쑥 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 천연 잎쑥(1)을 공급받는 호퍼(10);와, 호퍼와 수직으로 내통되고, 스크류를 탑재하여 천연 잎쑥의 교반 및 하향 이동을 유도하는 공급부(20);와, 공급부의 측방으로 내통하여 연장 형성되고, 스크류를 탑재하여 공급부로부터
