The present utility model relates generally to a process of producing tea but more particularly to a process of producing herbal tea using sambong (Blumea balsamifera) leaves and tsaang gubat (Carmona retusa) leaves. Said process comprises: measuring the pre-determined amount of sambong leaves, tsaang gubat leaves, ginger and muscovado sugar washing the sambong and tsaang gubat leaves with running and distilled water: rinsing and placing the sambong and tsaang gubat leaves in a sterile tray at room temperature until completely dry pounding the dried leaves of sambong and tsaang gubat using a sterile mortar and pestle separately adding powdered ginger on the pounded sambong and tsaang gubat bato leaves adding muscovado sugar to add taste packing and sealing the mixture in an empty sterile tea bag and storing the product in a sterile container at room temperature ready for consumption. The product is organic and has many health benefits.
