The present utility model relates generally to a process of producing tea but more particularly to a process of producing herbal tea using yerba buena (Clinopodium douglasii) leaves and ulasimang bato (Peperonica pellucida) leaves. Said process comprises: measuring the pre-determined amount of yerba buena leaves, ulasimang bato leaves, ginger and muscovado sugar washing the yerba buena and ulasimang bato leaves with running and distilled water rinsing and placing the yerba buena and ulasimang bato leaves in a sterile tray at room temperature until completely dry pounding the dried leaves of yerba buena and ulasimang bato using a sterile mortar and pestle separately adding powdered ginger on the pounded yerba buena and ulasimang bato leaves adding muscovado sugar to add taste packing and sealing the mixture in an empty sterile tea bag and storing the product in a sterile container at room temperature ready for consumption. This product is purely organic and has many health benefits.
