The invention provides a manufacturing method of broken tea and equipment thereof, which may crush original tea leaves into uniform fine particles and perform tissue enclosure on the exterior of particles, so as to be preserved for a long time, create new flavor and be easy for brewing. The manufacturing method mainly includes: selecting mature tea leaves; obtaining fine particles through crushing operation; sieving target particles through sieving operation; and, performing uniform enclosure operation to make every particle having tissue enclosure on the surface. In which, by performing the sterilization operation and regulation operation, the invention may fabricate broken tea having unique flavor and capable of being preserved for a long time.本發明茶碎粒製作工法及其所使用設備,為提供將茶葉原片,細碎為均勻微小顆粒,在顆粒外表,進行組織封結,可長期保存及創新風味和易於泡製,本工法主要選取成茶,經細碎作業微粒化,由濾篩作業濾篩出目標顆粒,再將之進行均勻的封結作業,每一顆粒表面得到組織封結,其中再經由滅菌操作及調製操作的執行,可製作出風味別具,及可長期保存之茶碎粒。
