Provided is a hand-powered self-driven travelling machine, comprising: a clutch (50a) having a driving state where a motor (40) drives a wheel (30) to rotate and an unlocked state where the wheel (30) freely rotates relative to the motor (40), the clutch (50a) comprising: a movable member (52) capable of moving between a locked position where the clutch (50a) is in the driving state, and an unlocked position where the clutch (50a) is in the unlocked state; and a driving paddle (53), which transfers power with the wheel (30) by means of friction, wherein when the clutch (50a) is in the driving state, the motor (40) drives the wheel (30) to rotate in a first direction, and when the motor (40) stops rotating, the wheel (30) rotates in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and can drive, by means of a frictional force, the driving paddle (53) to move, so that the driving paddle (53) pushes the movable member (52) to move from the locked position to the unlocked position. In the hand-powered self-driven travelling machine, after the motor (40) is turned off, the wheel (30) rotates without driving a motor shaft (41) to rotate, and a user only needs a relatively small force to push or pull the hand-powered self-driven travelling machine.
