<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify the linker of a single strand antibody (scFv) to an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) to improve drug disposition with the increase of molecular weight and further reinforce affinity and antitumor effect due to a polyvalent effect, thus providing an inexpensive new medicinal molecule. <；P>；SOLUTION: A multimeric low molecular antibody comprises a single strand antibody (scFv) containing an H strand human type variable region (h5H) and an L strand human type variable region (h5L) of an anti-human-epithelial cell growth factor receptor 1 antibody 528.
