<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify the linker of a single strand antibody (scFv) to an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) to improve drug disposition with the increase of molecular weight and further reinforce affinity and antitumor effect due to a polyvalent effect, thus providing an inexpensive new medicinal molecule. <;P>;SOLUTION: A multimeric low molecular antibody comprises a single strand antibody (scFv) containing an H strand human type variable region (h5H) and an L strand human type variable region (h5L) of an anti-human-epithelial cell growth factor receptor 1 antibody 528. The h5H and the h5L are amino acid sequences in which one or several amino acids are substituted, deleted, inserted or added and have the substantially same antigen-binding properties as those of the variable regions. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
