<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterovariant animal of protein kinase A (PKA) catalytic subunit having controlled or ameliorated age-related memory disorder. <；P>；SOLUTION: The heterovariant animal of a gene encoding a PKA catalytic subunit is a non-human having controlled or ameliorated age-related memory disorder.
