PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems that the presence of a thin commercially available metallic foil such as a gold foil for cosmetic use cannot be recognized when it is dispersed in a powder or a high viscosity solution mechanically because it is pulverized due to its low physical strength.SOLUTION: A metallic foil powder treated by film coating is produced by film coating on a single side or double side of a metallic foil with a tamarind gum-containing composition and has the total mass of the metallic foil and a water soluble gum per 1 cm2 in the range of 3.5 to 6.5 mg.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】金箔など、化粧品に使用されるような薄い市販の金属箔は物理的強度が低く、粉体や高粘度溶液中で機械的に分散されると微粒子化し、その存在が認識できなくなる問題があった。【解決手段】金属箔の片面又は両面がタマリンドガム含有組成物により被覆処理され、1cm2あたり金属箔と水溶性ガムの合計質量が、3.5~6.5mgの範囲である被覆処理された金属箔粉末。【選択図】図1
