PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that a commercially available thin metal foil such as a gold foil to be used for cosmetics is low in physical strength, and when it is mechanically dispersed in a powder or high-viscosity solution, its existence cannot be recognized due to atomization.SOLUTION: The sheet-like resin powder with metal foil fixed thereto is obtained by coating a metal foil surface with a resin so that the total mass of the resin and the metal foil per 1 cm2 is 0.8-10.0 mg followed by pulverizing.
