PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which has very unique appearance from liquid to solid, particularly elastic jelly-like state, marshmallow-like state, or the like.SOLUTION: In the present invention, obtained is a cosmetic having very unique appearance from liquid to solid, particularly elastic jelly-like state, marshmallow-like state, or the like, by containing (a) ethyl cellulose and (b) ricinoleic acid methyl, and preferably (c) powder.
