PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-layer type cosmetic containing luster powder, having beautiful appearance and enabling uniform coating in a mist shape, more precisely, the two-layer type cosmetic in which a powder layer containing the luster powder exhibits beautiful appearance clearly separated to two layers, which is easily mixed when used by being shaken to form a suspension containing the luster powder homogeneously dispersed therein, and which is uniformly coatable in the mist shape to sites over a wide range, and more preferably, the two-layer type cosmetic providing excellent moist feeling of the skin, exhibiting high adhesive properties of the luster powder, having excellent preservation stability, and usable by being sprayed in the mist shape when used.
SOLUTION: The two-layer type cosmetic contains the following components (A) to (D) regulated so that the molar ratio (A)/(B) of an aluminum ion of the component (A) to an alkali metal ion of the component (B) may be from 0.8 to 2.0: (A) a water-soluble aluminum salt (B) an alkali metal salt (C) the luster powder and (D) a polyoxyethylene-added vegetable oil in a solid or a paste shape at 25°C.
