PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite powder of APM (ascorbic acid phosphoric acid ester magnesium) which is easy to dissolve directly from a state of the powder into a small amount of water even when contained in a powder cosmetic as the powder state, does not cause an aggregate on a cosmetic surface when continuously used, and also does not cause degradation of smoothness at the time of applying.SOLUTION: A composite powder constituted of spherical particles each having a core-shell structure composed of synthetic smectite, ascorbic acid phosphoric acid ester magnesium, and silica-coated particulate titanium oxide, as components, is prepared.
