Accordingly, the method for preparing a squid sausage prepares the squid sausage by stuffing various vegetables and contents in the squid body, thereby: providing a new and unique flavor in which squid meat is in harmony with vegetables improving flavor of the squid sausage and removing fishy smell of the squid.
