PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger joint rehabilitation device that is mountable by enhancing wearing flexibility and reducing an effect of an individual difference such as a difference of a length between joint portions of patients fingers, and is easily mountable even if the patient is contracted while firmly grasping the fingers.SOLUTION: A finger joint rehabilitation device is provided for supporting an extension exercise of a finger joint, and includes: bellows 11 being a bottomed tubular body disposed astride the finger joint along an extension direction side surface of a finger 2 becoming a target of rehabilitation, and stretchable in an axial direction and bendable in a bending direction piping 20 in communication with the bellows and an inner pressure regulation part for discharging a working fluid in the bellows through piping, making the bellows contract by bringing an internal pressure of the bellows into a negative pressure, and generating a power to support the extension exercise of the finger joint.
