PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip aid for those who have muscle weakness or dysfunction in their fingers, which can be used even when a grip force is lowered, has a small burden on hands and fingers, can be easily attached to and detached from a finger, and has little psychological stress caused by a grip style.SOLUTION: A grip aid comprises a mounting part to be mounted to one finger and a push plate part. The mounting part comprises a first support part, a second support part, and a third support part. The first support part is disposed so as to be positioned in the vicinity of a back face of an MP joint. The second support part is disposed so as to be positioned in the vicinity of a palm face of a PIP joint. The third support part is disposed so as to be positioned in the vicinity of a back face of a DIP joint. The mounting part and the push plate part are coupled to each other near both ends in a longitudinal direction. A fastener is provided near the center of the push plate part. The push plate part also has an abutting part at one end in the longitudinal direction.
