The present invention relates to a C-arm device which accurately photographs an operating part by locating the focus of a laser point on the center of the operation part by combining the laser point with a combination hole which is formed in a combination member after the combination member which has the combination hole to insert the laser point into the outer surface of an X-ray generating part among the components of the C-arm. Thereby, the present invention can perform a satisfying operation because an accurate photography is carried out without repeating the process for the operating part and also help both the patient and doctor&prime；s health by reducing the exposure of an X-ray beam generated in the photography of the operation part because the operation part is repeatedly photographed like in the existing technique.본 발명은 씨암의 구성요소 중에서 X-선 발생부의 외주면에 레이저포인트가 삽입되는 결합구가 형성된 결합부재를 구성하고 상기 결합부재에 형성된 결합구에 레이저포인트를 결합하여 수술부위의 중심에 레이저포인트의 초점이 위치하도록 하여 수술부위가 정확히 촬영되도록 하는 씨암장치에 관한 것이다.이에 따른, 본 발명은 수술하고자 하는 부분을 반복과정 없이 정확히 촬영할 수 있기 때문에 만족스러운 수술을 할 수 있고, 또한 종래의 기술과 같이 수술부위 촬영을 반복하지 않기 때문에 수술부위 촬영시 발생되는 방사선으로부터 노출이 줄어들어 의사 및 환자 모두의 건강에 도움을 주는 효과가 있다.
