An aqueous emulsion containing fats, proteins and carbohydrates, wherein said emulsion contains: (a) from 1.75% to about 4.0 wt.% Diacylglycerol oil； (b) from about 0.5% to about 9.0 wt.% milk protein concentrate； (c) from about 2.0% to about 9.0% by weight of fibers； and (d) fructose and from about 0.15% leukemia with a mass ratio of fructose leukemia of at least 2: 1, said water emulsion having a viscosity of less than about 300 cP at 20 ° C. 2. The aqueous emulsion according to claim 1, containing from about 5% to about 40 wt.% Carbohydrates, from about 2% to about 30 wt.% Fats and from about 1% to about 15 wt.% Proteins, 3.
