An aqueous emulsion containing fats, proteins and carbohydrates containing from 1.75% to 4.0% diacylglycerol oil by weight of the emulsion and from 1.5% to 9.0% fibers by weight of the emulsion, said aqueous emulsion having a viscosity less than 300 cP at 20 ° C. 2. The aqueous emulsion according to claim 1, containing from 5% to 40 wt.% Carbohydrates, from 2% to 30 wt.% Fats and from 1% to 15 wt.% Proteins. The aqueous emulsion according to claim 2, containing from 2.5% to 6 wt.% Fibers by weight of the emulsion.
