PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants-type disposable diaper with outer-wrapper-body division structure, preventing opening of ends in a crotch side in the outer wrapper body, while making a display of a display sheet clearly visible.SOLUTION: A non-stretchable area A1 includes an inner sheet layer 12H and an outer sheet layer 12S continuing from a stretchable area A2, and an unnecessary elastic stretchable member 18 left between the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S. A display sheet 25 visible from an outside surface is provided adjacent to the inside of the outer sheet layer 12S in the non-stretchable area A1. The unnecessary elastic stretchable member 18 is not fixed to the inner surface of the display sheet 25 and the outer surface of the inner sheet layer 12H.
